# The Two-Person Market — public working material

This directory is the public working-material layer for Market Gaps Case 002.

It preserves the Friday Afternoon Fun (FAF) candidate model as it existed when
the related article was prepared. It contains internal research gates,
assumption tables, sensitivity tables, example protocols and machine-readable
model fragments.

## How to read it

- The files are design inputs and stress tests, not observed operating results.
- A calculated threshold is not a forecast and is not evidence that a business
  will meet it.
- Individual gates can fail without proving or disproving the entire FAF
  architecture.
- Denmark-specific legal, tax, equipment and price references are working
research inputs. They must be rechecked for the relevant place and date
  before any real-world use.

The connected article, *The Two-Person Market*, remains an OPEN design
hypothesis. The public case makes the work inspectable; it does not make FAF a
validated company, franchise, investment offer or operating network.

## Contents

- `model/` — gate assumptions, thresholds, scenarios and protocol-shaped data.
- `research/` — the accompanying gate notes and reasoning.
- `claims.md` — claim-level boundaries.
- `source-check.md` and `sources.md` — the editorial source boundary and its
  current limitations.
