Human Baseline Food Quantities

Translate a population/kcal scenario into the edible weight and approximate item count of one selected food.

The second Human Baseline layer reuses the population calculator and converts energy to one catalog food's edible mass. Raw and boiled potatoes are separate objects; totals and per-person averages cover day, average month and year.

Open the public Streamlit prototype to explore the food layer. The code and versioned v0.4.0 ZIP remain available separately for inspection and reproducibility.

English interface. The editable 150 g potato weight is an illustrative scenario assumption, not a measured average or DTU item-size observation. Energy equivalence is not a complete diet, purchased weight, price or production requirement.
