Heat Pressure

A Portugal field tool for reading rent, sun, tourism, and everyday cooling pressure from one selected map pin.

RENT HEAT SUN HEAT TOURIST HEAT FIELD REPORT

Heat Pressure is a Hedegreen Research field-reading tool. It places one pin in Portugal and walks through rent pressure, entry price, tourist pressure, physical heat, and everyday cooling infrastructure.

The first public shape uses sample municipal data and a prototype municipality lookup, with a replaceable data model for later CAOP, INE, RNAL, IPMA/Copernicus, and OpenStreetMap layers.

Prototype field instrument. Not a housing dashboard, price quote, displacement proof, or claim that missing data is neutral.

A pin becomes pressure

The tool starts from one selected field and reads pressure through multiple imperfect signals instead of pretending one metric explains the place.

Missing data still speaks

If official rent or sale data is too thin, the tool says so directly. Thin measurement is uncertainty, not proof that pressure is absent.

Why it belongs in TID

TID is where small public instruments make a method inspectable. Heat Pressure turns a housing-and-climate idea into a field-reading surface.
